Shipping & Ordering 

RK Woods welcomes your online orders.  We will process, pack and ship your item to you within three business days.  All items are insured for the amount of your purchase.  We use the US Postal Service or FedEx 2-day service.  However, because we are in Hawaii, items take longer to reach you from Hawaii to the U.S. mainland.  We will build a crate to send large artwork, sculptures or furniture to the mainland.  This will increase the size and weight of the parcel.  For larger pieces, we will contact the shipping company for an estimated quote to provide you with a more accurate cost.

Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same new condition that you received it.  It must also be in its original packaging.  Please insure it for the amount you paid for it.  We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.  You have five (5) days from the date you received to let us know about your return/refund.  Mail the item to: RK Woods Gallery, c/o 1068 Lelepau Street, Hilo, Hawaii  96720.

We will refund you the price of the item minus any shipping charges.  You may also Exchange an item, but because everything we sell is one-of-a-kind, we cannot provide you with an exact copy of the item.
